## Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Sparks, Nevada. In this role, you will support data center operations by receiving, shipping, picking, and packing servers and related equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word, and enjoys working in a clean, organized warehouse environment.

**Pay Rate:** $22.00 – $23.00 per hour

## Key Responsibilities

* Receive incoming servers and equipment, verify quantities, and inspect shipments for accuracy and condition.
* Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures.
* Accurately manage inventory records using Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
* Perform inventory control activities, including stock counts, organization, and inventory updates.
* Ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving processes.
* Assist with basic mechanical tasks, including equipment assembly and disassembly when required.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

## Required Qualifications

* Previous experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
* Experience handling inventory and maintaining accurate records.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to lift, move, and organize materials in a warehouse setting.
* Comfortable performing hands-on mechanical or assembly-related tasks.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with mechanical assembly, construction, or industrial warehouse environments.
* Familiarity with servers, technical equipment, or similar hardware.
* Ability to follow established procedures and adapt to changing operational needs.
* Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced work environment.
